When I met Leigh Ann she had a five-month-old baby boy. Her wedding had been postponed when she found out she was pregnant, but she had already purchased her wedding dress which over a year later was now too small. Since the skirt had a gathered waist, it was still going to work, so she had me just design a new bodice for the dress to fit her post baby body. She really wanted lace with a scallop edging and a low back. We finished it off with an ombré silk ribbon for a belt and her vision truly came to life.
